Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a $78M ground-up middle school project in Stafford County, VA.
- Manage daily field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.
- Coordinate sitework, construction sequencing, and milestone completion.
- Ensure project safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners.
- Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field issues.
- Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee inspections, punch list activities, and project closeout processes.
- Mentor field staff and support Assistant Superintendents as needed.
- Contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience serving as a Superintendent or high-level Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Experience with ground-up construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on projects throughout Northern Virginia.
