Job TitleSuperintendent - Healthcare ConstructionJob DescriptionManage daily on-site operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor project progress and address issues to prevent delays or budget overruns. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and daily reports. Oversee inspections and quality control measures to ensure project standards are met. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the successful delivery of the project.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have: Proven experience in healthcare construction and managing large-scale projects. A strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
