Description

  • Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain project momentum
  • Enforce safety and quality standards in line with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain and update construction schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven success managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with construction technology and software
  • Travel not required but willingness to travel across the Southern U.S.
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
