Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Lead subcontractor meetings and daily coordination efforts. Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule impacts. Enforce safety requirements and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants. Manage inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have:

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling experience with the ability to develop and manage project timelines.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
