We are seeking a Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction (OSHPD/HCAi) who is ready to take on the challenge of building and renovating state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. This role requires a dynamic professional who has a strong background in Ground Up, Renovations, Tenant Improvements (TI), Expansion, and Additions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of managing complex projects to successful completion. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction, you will:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle and ensure that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
2. Manage all aspects of Ground Up, Renovations, Tenant Improvements (TI), Expansion, and Additions.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
4. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as with OSHPD/HCAi requirements.
5. Implement quality control programs and supervise on-site procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
7. Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project delivery.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare construction.
2. Proven experience in Ground Up, Renovations, Tenant Improvements (TI), Expansion, and Additions.
3. Familiarity with OSHPD regulations and requirements.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and interact with all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of health and safety.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
