Description

* Lead day-to-day field operations for a healthcare renovation project.

* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

* Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards.

* Manage construction activities within an active hospital environment.

* Drive successful project delivery through completion and turnover.

Profile

* Healthcare renovation experience is required.

* Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.

* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics.

* Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.

* Effective communicator with a collaborative leadership style.
