Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate work between multiple trades.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site environment.
• Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing ground-up and/or interior fit-out construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Proficiency with construction management technology, preferably Procore.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the Route 495 corridor and Greater Boston project locations.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, or Commercial Construction is a plus, but not required.
• Desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
