A well-established and growing heavy civil/site development contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction leader who takes ownership of projects, understands the details of civil construction, and knows how to build and manage high-performing field teams.

The company has a strong reputation for quality workmanship and specializes in site development, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and paving.

Job Details

5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil, site development, utility, or commercial sitework construction
Strong experience with earthwork, grading, excavation, underground utilities, concrete, and/or paving
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and sequencing
Ability to effectively manage project schedules and deadlines
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of field operations
OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel to active project sites as needed
