Job Description
- Manage all field operations from project kickoff through successful completion.
- Lead commercial interior construction projects ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management teams, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively addressing site challenges.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and project specifications.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout the construction process.
- Conduct jobsite meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress updates.
- Oversee punch list completion, project closeout activities, and final turnover.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and execution.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented jobsite culture.

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
- 5-10 years of construction experience with a general contractor.
- High-level Assistant Superintendents with 4+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience managing commercial tenant interiors and corporate office projects from start to finish.
- Experience with projects ranging from $1M to $25M+.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated job stability and strong tenure with current and previous employers.
