Superintendent - High-End Interiors - Bethesda, MDThe Superintendent - High-End Interiors - Bethesda, MD will be responsible for:Oversee day-to-day field operations for interior construction projectsLead projects from preconstruction to closeout.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, field staff, and schedulesHandle project layout and ensure accuracy alongside foremenConduct safety meetings and enforce strict jobsite safety standardsMaintain daily reports and documentation in ProcoreCollaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project successManage sequencing and scheduling, including 3-week lookaheadsLead and participate in OAC meetings with clients, architects, and stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and design teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
