Specializes in high-end, custom residential construction and renovation projects. Job Description
The Superintendent - High End Residential Construction will:
- Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project managers.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - High End Residential Construction should have:
- Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and regulations.
- MA-CSL.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
