Office location: Acton, MA
Project locations: Greater Boston Area, Northshore, Cape, RI
Overview of the business: been in business for over 35 years and is recognized as one of the top Custom Home Builders in the Greater Boston Area.
Team size: 45+ people between office and field staff
Projects: They specialize in high-end residential construction, ground up and renovation projects worth up to $15M. Their bread and butter is $2-5M. They also have an in-house Home Services division that provides preventative maintenance.

Job Description
Manage daily on-site activities for high-end residential construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project teams.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure a clean and organized job site at all times.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience with high-end residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
