The Superintendent - High End Residential will:

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates.
