Superintendent - Hospitality - Las Vegas

This GC is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley and Southern Nevada. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Lead all field operations on ground-up and tenant improvement commercial projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Enforce safety standards and quality control measures
• Manage owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships in the field
• Drive projects through successful completion and turnover

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain project momentum
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules
• Familiarity with Southern Nevada construction practices is preferred
