Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with project managers to address any challenges or delays. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and potential issues. Ensure materials and resources are available and used efficiently.
