Are you the Superintendent who thrives in occupied hotel renovations—not ground-up construction?

We're looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead hotel renovation projects across the U.S., managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and client relationships while keeping hotels operational and guests happy.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent
• Hotel / hospitality renovation experience
• Occupied renovation experience
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Omni, Wyndham, Choice, or other major hotel brands is a plus.
