Superintendent I Multifamily | Minneapolis

This is an opportunity for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to take full ownership of ground‑up apartment construction projects for a well‑established real estate development and construction platform. You will be the on‑site leader, driving schedule, quality, and safety from mobilization through final turnover on large‑scale multifamily developments.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Profile

• 5-10+ years experience as an Construction Superintendent or other related fields
• Multifamily project experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
