They are a well-established, forward-thinking, inclusive, and people-first firm with over 50 years of business success.Job DescriptionLeading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractorsMaintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsitesManaging schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planningPartnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycleConducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talksProactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problemsManaging project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordinationCoordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor schedulingReviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughlySupporting quality control and driving projects to successful completionThe Successful Applicant5+ years of GC experienceProficient in Procore requiredAbility to work well in the field with subcontractorsGround-up experience in retail/commercial/industrial preferredConstruction Management or Engineering degree preferredWhat's on OfferCompetitive base salary ranging between $115,000-$125,000$500/month auto allowanceBonus program70% of health insurance premiums are paid by employer (including family plans)
