Job Description
- Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractors
- Maintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Managing schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planning
- Partnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
- Proactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problems
- Managing project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and field coordination
- Coordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor scheduling
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughly
- Supporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of GC experience
- Proficient in Procore required
- Ability to work well in the field with subcontractors
- Ground-up experience in retail/commercial/industrial preferred
- Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
What's on Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging between $115,000-$125,000
- $500/month auto allowance
- Bonus program
- 70% of health insurance premiums are paid by employer (including family plans)
