Job Description

Construction Superintendent II

Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with design and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates and address concerns. Identify and resolve any challenges or delays to keep the project on track.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges promptly. Strong communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Proficiency in maintaining detailed project documentation and reports.
