Drive the schedule using detailed look-ahead planning, trade coordination, and proactive issue resolution. Champion safety with daily audits, toolbox talks, and consistent enforcement of company and OSHA standards. Oversee site logistics including sitework, utilities, crane picks, deliveries, laydown, and jobsite flow. Run daily and weekly meetings with subcontractors, ensuring alignment on sequencing, quality, and milestones. Lead quality control through pre-installation meetings, inspections, punch management, and attention to detail. Coordinate MEP/FP systems with trade partners and support commissioning, start-ups, and life-safety testing. Maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, inspectors, and field teams. Strong ability to coordinate MEP/FP, structure, envelope, and interior progress on large-scale projects. Skilled communicator with a calm, steady leadership style that builds trust with field crews and trade partners. Highly organized and proactive, able to anticipate issues early and maintain schedule integrity. Proficient with industry tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms. OSHA-30 required; additional safety or quality certifications a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of $115,000 - $130,000 (based on experience). Truck or Car Allowance provided + fuel card.
