Construction Superintendent
My client is a well-established, mid-sized commercial general contractor with approximately 130 employees and over 25 years of success. Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent has:
- 5-7+ years experience as an Construction Superintendent or other related fields
- Healthcare or Education project experience preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
