Industrial Construction Superintendent

Reporting to Project Leadership, the Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities. Lead field operations and daily site management. Drive project schedules and subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate project logistics and manpower planning. Conduct owner, subcontractor, and progress meetings. Identify and resolve field challenges proactively. Deliver projects on schedule and to client expectations.

For the Superintendent - Industrial Construction we are seeking: Proven experience leading industrial, manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or data center projects. Experience on projects valued between $10M and $100M+. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills. Advanced understanding of scheduling and site logistics. Strong communication and client-facing abilities. Willingness to support regional travel requirements. AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY.
$105,000 - $130,000 base salary. Truck and gas card. Overtime paid after 45 hours. ESOP participation. 15% salary increase on travel assignments.
