Industrial Construction Superintendent

Reporting to Project Leadership, the Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities. Responsibilities include leading field operations and daily site management, driving project schedules and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating project logistics and manpower planning, conducting owner, subcontractor, and progress meetings, identifying and resolving field challenges proactively, and delivering projects on schedule and to client expectations.

For the Superintendent - Industrial Construction we are seeking: proven experience leading industrial, manufacturing, automotive, distribution, or data center projects; experience on projects valued between $10M and $100M+; strong leadership and subcontractor management skills; advanced understanding of scheduling and site logistics; strong communication and client-facing abilities; willingness to support regional travel requirements.
What's on offer includes a base salary of $105,000 - $130,000, a truck and gas card, overtime paid after 45 hours, ESOP participation, a 15% salary increase on travel assignments, a strong project pipeline, and career advancement opportunities.
