Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionManage field operations on multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite activities. Oversee project schedules, safety, quality, and logistics. Conduct site visits and maintain communication with clients. Lead project meetings and coordinate with Operations leadership. Monitor project progress and resolve field issues proactively. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Support project closeout, punch-list, and turnover activities. Build strong relationships with clients and trade partners. Assist in maintaining the company's reputation for exceptional customer service.The Successful ApplicantSuperintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction. Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $1M-$5M preferred. Light industrial upfit experience strongly preferred. Experience with retail, restaurant, church, or commercial projects is a plus. Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Stable work history and strong client-facing abilities. Willingness to travel within a 1-2 hour radius of Grover, NC.What's On OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 USD annually. Strong annual bonus potential.
