Description

* Lead field operations on ground-up tilt wall and industrial construction projects.

* Coordinate sitework, structural, interior, and finish-out activities.

* Manage subcontractors, safety, quality control, and project schedules.

* Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Serve as the on-site leader, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and operations management

Profile

* 5-8 years of Superintendent experience with tilt wall and industrial construction.

* Local to the Melbourne/Space Coast market.

* Strong ground-up construction experience including civil, interiors, and finishes.

* Experience delivering 2-3 notable tilt wall or industrial projects.

* Team-oriented professional with strong communication and project knowledge.
