Superintendent - Industrial & Tilt-Wall Construction

Direct daily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Lead tilt-wall construction efforts, including panel casting, erection, and sequencing. Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses according to milestones. Drive jobsite safety initiatives and uphold OSHA standards. Coordinate inspections, deliveries, workforce planning, and site logistics. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents and quality expectations. Identify and resolve construction challenges while minimizing schedule impacts. Provide regular progress updates and collaborate closely with project management teams.The Successful Applicant5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial or industrial construction. Proven experience delivering tilt-wall construction projects. Background in light industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing projects. Strong understanding of concrete construction, site development, and building systems. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
