Job TitleSuperintendentJob DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. Lead the successful execution of tilt-wall construction, including planning, sequencing, and panel erection. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Conduct daily site meetings, safety inspections, and progress reporting. Review construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify and resolve field issues. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and local building codes. Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations and project milestones are achieved.The Successful ApplicantA successful Superintendent should have: The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction, including extensive exposure to tilt-wall projects. You will have successfully delivered both ground-up and renovation projects, with experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or telecommunications facilities.
