With over 12 million square feet of successfully completed projects, the company provides construction services across multifamily, senior living, industrial, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Superintendent will be:
- Manage daily field operations on interior renovation and tenant improvement projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements
- Coordinate project logistics and sequencing in occupied and active environments
- Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations
- Work closely with Project Managers to address project issues, schedule changes, and client needs
- Monitor project progress and identify solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and site records
The Successful Applicant
The successful Superintendent will have:
- Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial interior construction projects
- Background managing office, healthcare, medical office, tenant improvement, or retail renovation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, quality control, and field operations
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive approach to project leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

- Base Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 + (flexibility for the right candidate)
