Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
- Drive project schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce quality standards
- Coordinate inspections and oversee punch list completion
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering commercial interiors projects in NYC
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project environments
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
