Our client is a well-established, employee-owned commercial construction organization with more than four decades of experience delivering institutional and educational projects. The K-12 Construction Superintendent will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations on assigned education construction projects.
Manage daily operations on K-12 construction sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Direct day-to-day site activities from mobilization through project closeout
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards
Enforce safety programs and promote a culture of jobsite excellence
Coordinate construction activities with project management and client stakeholders
Lead site logistics, inspections, and quality control processes
Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues
Maintain clear communication with school district representatives, design teams, and leadership

For the K-12 Construction Superintendent we are seeking:
Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering K-12, education, or large institutional construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on complex projects
Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and quality assurance
Ability to build relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and community stakeholders
Experience utilizing construction management software and scheduling tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Stable career progression within commercial construction environments
