Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a K-12 educational renovation project.
- Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and trade coordination.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
- Enforce site safety procedures and uphold a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate inspections, quality control processes, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants.
- Oversee installation of complex building systems, including MEP upgrades.
- Manage renovation work within an occupied or partially occupied educational environment when applicable.
- Ensure successful execution of roofing, building reconfiguration, and sustainability-related project scope.
- Drive project closeout activities and punch-list completion.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent should have:
- Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Background leading renovation and/or school construction projects.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Experience overseeing MEP-intensive construction scopes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
