Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment needs.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Building and Construction Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites.
- Experience interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and site coordination.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
