Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will manage all field activities from project kickoff through completion.

• Direct daily field operations and site logistics
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
• Maintain project schedules and production goals
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Conduct project meetings and progress updates
• Utilize Procore for project management and reporting
• Manage project turnover and closeout activities

Profile

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

• Approximately 10 years of construction experience preferred
• General contractor experience strongly preferred
• Experience with commercial projects including retail, office, healthcare, restaurant, or adaptive reuse
• Procore experience required
• Bluebeam experience preferred
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset
