Construction Site Manager

Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience with managing construction projects, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
