Superintendent

You will oversee construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role is based in northern Kenkucky and involves managing on-site activities and coordinating with teams to achieve project goals.

Description

• Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with project management and trade partners.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience with construction project management in the business services industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
