Job TitleOversee day-to-day construction operations on lab, biotech, pharmaceutical, and life science projects.Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Coordinate closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, architects, engineers, and clients.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing plans, and short-term look-ahead schedules.Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and client expectations.Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate activities across multiple trades.Identify potential schedule, safety, and constructability issues and proactively develop solutions.Assist with material procurement, deliveries, logistics, and site coordination.Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure subcontractors are following project and company requirements.Maintain accurate project documentation through Procore and Microsoft Office.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Take on additional Project Management responsibilities as needed based on project requirements and experience.The Successful ApplicantExperience: 5+ years of construction experience, ideally in a Superintendent or Project Manager capacity.Project Background: Strong experience with lab, life science, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar technically complex projects.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project documentation.Software: Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.Leadership: Able to confidently lead subcontractors and field teams while collaborating with internal leadership.Personality: Self-motivated, team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.Communication: Strong communicator who can work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Mindset: Someone who brings ideas to the table, can wear multiple hats, and is comfortable working in a growing organization.Location: Ideally located between Boston and Devens, MA and able to commute to projects throughout the Greater Boston area.Education: Construction Management, Engineering, or a related degree is a plus but not required.What's on OfferSalary: Up to $120,000, depending on experience.Benefits: 401(k), PTO, health insurance, and additional company benefits.Work Environment: No remote or hybrid option; this is a field-based position.Culture: Family-oriented, collaborative environment with significant leadership support.Career Growth: Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding Construction Management division.Project Exposure: Work on biotech, pharmaceutical, lab, and life science projects throughout Greater Boston and Central Massachusetts.Contact Cameron Morenzi Quote job ref JN-082026-7082425
