SuperintendentThe Superintendent will report into Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Lead daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project deliveryEnforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-siteConduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specificationsCollaborate closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challengesMaintain regular communication with clients and project teams throughout constructionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
