An established and growing General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio that includes education, healthcare, office, industrial, manufacturing, and government-related facilities. Description

The Superintendent will report into Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead daily on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project delivery
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve field challenges
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams throughout construction

Profile

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects in the field
  • Experience within education, healthcare, office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, or government construction
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
  • Strong scheduling and site logistics experience
  • Knowledge of construction safety requirements and industry best practices
  • Ability to travel regionally when project demands require it
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with construction management software and scheduling platforms preferred

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
