Superintendent- Large Ground up- $50M+-Boston

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale, technically challenging projects while developing teams within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Description

• Lead all daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality control, productivity, and site cleanliness standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive project execution by developing a thorough understanding of project strategy, logistics, scheduling, financial goals, phasing plans, milestones, and inspection requirements.
• Maintain and update project schedules to accurately reflect project status and ensure schedule and budget objectives are met.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Foster open communication with the project team regarding jobsite conditions, scope changes, project challenges, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors while promoting a collaborative project culture.
• Mentor, develop, and lead field personnel to support project success and team growth.
• Oversee commercial construction projects throughout New England and other key markets as required.

Profile

Must-Have Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing project teams.
• Experience overseeing construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M in value.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Desire to grow professionally within a rapidly expanding organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Higher Education, K-12, RIIDE, Commercial, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing construction projects.
• Background managing complex, fast-paced construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders on large-scale developments.
