$75,000 - $115,000 + Performance based bonus

The Externals group is working with a well-known and established commercial roofing contractor that is seeking a Superintendent to join their team. They are looking for someone experienced to oversee daily roofing projects to ensure the work is completed on time while following all health and safety standards on-site and supporting the team in providing quality results on each project. This contractor will allow you to have ongoing training and development opportunities leaving ample room for career progression. This position comes with an attractive benefits package on top of a performance based bonus.

A Day in the Life:

Effectively manage foreman, offering support to ensure projects are being completed to the highest standard.

You will have heavy involvement when meeting clients so clear communication is key.

Monitor and manage budgets, project timelines as well as project documentation.

Work closely with project managers to ensure a smooth project process can be met.

Key Requirements:

5+ years in as a roofing superintendent.

Extensive experience working with commercial roofing products

Experience managing multiple projects at the one time.

Clean drivers licence

Bilingual (English & Spanish) would be advantageous.
