Description

• Manage and deliver commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Drive schedule performance, budget compliance, quality standards, and safety initiatives.
• Support procurement activities, contract administration, and change order management.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field leadership to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in project planning, forecasting, and risk management efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and project partners.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment with robust project staffing and support resources.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Profile

• Experience working for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects.
• Background delivering ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, corporate, or large-scale commercial projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across project management and field operations teams.
• Stable work history with a commitment to quality and client service.
