Job Description
The Superintendent - Leading Houston GC - Tilt Wall Construction will be responsible for:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
- Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing
- Ensure work meets plans, specs, and quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Serve as primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication
- Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout

The Successful Applicant
The Superintendent - Leading Houston GC - Tilt Wall Construction should have:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent w/ General Contractor
- Experience working on large scale ground up Tilt Wall projects required (10M+)
- Excellent communication skills
- OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
