Construction SuperintendentOur client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a highlighted focus on multifamily and/or senior living projects to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The successful candidate will have experience managing all phases of a multifamily construction project, both ground-up and renovations.Responsibilities include leadership of assigned project staff, reviewing budget and project documents with the project team to ensure accuracy and completeness, developing associated project schedules, logistics plans, etc. The Construction Superintendent will also complete the project buyout process within the approved timeline of the project commencement date, negotiating the final cost and scope of work for all subcontracts and purchase orders required.
