Based in the greater Boston area, the team supports life science and pharmaceutical clients throughout Eastern Massachusetts, with a strong concentration along the North Shore and Boston area.Their work includes lab renovations, clean rooms, and GMP regulated spaces, with projects ranging from small fast turnaround scopes to larger programs up to thirty million dollars. The business operates with a relationship driven, hands on model where senior leaders are directly involved in project execution, allowing the team to move quickly while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Description
* Lead day to day field operations on life science and lab projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
* Maintain strict safety, quality, and GMP compliance standards
* Work closely with project managers, clients, and senior leadership
* Oversee fast paced renovations, lab buildouts, and clean room scopes
* Manage multiple small to mid sized projects depending on workload
