Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up and renovation projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and site logistics. Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Coordinate daily with project management teams, ownership, and field personnel to ensure successful project execution. Direct and mentor Assistant Superintendents while fostering a collaborative jobsite culture. Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Maintain quality control standards and drive projects to successful completion. Ensure all work is performed safely while upholding company and regulatory safety standards. Manage projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and Southern New Hampshire. Collaborate closely with company leadership, who remain actively involved in project support and decision-making.

5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects. Experience overseeing ground-up and/or complex renovation projects. Background in Life Science, Tenant Interiors, Healthcare, Academic, or Higher Education construction preferred. Strong scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software. Experience with Procore or comparable construction management platforms. Proven ability to lead subcontractors, coordinate trades, and maintain project schedules. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality control. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project momentum. Willingness to travel throughout the New England region as project assignments require.
