Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences & InteriorsWe're representing a well-established, privately held construction firm specializing in Life Science, Healthcare, Academic, and Tenant Interiors projects. With decades of industry experience and consistent annual revenue in the $30M-$40M range, the company offers a tight-knit, team-driven culture with direct access to senior leadership. Their collaborative approach and strong project pipeline position them for continued growth across Massachusetts and the broader New England region.Job DescriptionOversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain open communication and effective project execution.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site at all times.Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials delivery, and inspections to ensure seamless workflow.Proactively identify and resolve construction-related challenges to avoid project delays or disruptions.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure projects meet high standards and client expectations.Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, incidents, and any changes to the scope of work.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
