Superintendent - LifescienceThe Superintendent - Lifescience will:Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient project execution.Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations proactively.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise.Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and challenges.Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence among all project participants.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
