Job Description

Field Leadership & Execution

• Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate trade sequencing across multiple disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and specialty systems.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project timelines and budgets.

Industrial / Technical Project Execution

• Oversee construction in environments such as:
• • Food & beverage or manufacturing facilities
  • Processing or production spaces
  • Commercial and specialty-use buildings
• Manage complex installations involving mechanical, electrical, and process systems (as applicable).

The Successful Applicant

• 5-15+ years of construction field experience.
• 3+ years as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience with manufacturing, food & beverage, or technically complex builds preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage projects with significant MEP or process-related components.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
