Job Description
Field Leadership & Execution
- Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project completion.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite activities.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate trade sequencing across multiple disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and specialty systems.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project timelines and budgets.
Industrial / Technical Project Execution
- Oversee construction in environments such as:
- Food & beverage or manufacturing facilities
- Processing or production spaces
- Commercial and specialty-use buildings
- Manage complex installations involving mechanical, electrical, and process systems (as applicable).

The Successful Applicant
- 5-15+ years of construction field experience.
- 3+ years as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects.
- Experience with manufacturing, food & beverage, or technically complex builds preferred.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ability to manage projects with significant MEP or process-related components.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
