The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations on light industrial projects, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

Our client is a respected Midwest general contractor specializing in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse construction. They have a strong backlog of work throughout the western suburbs and greater Chicagoland area.

Description

• Manage all day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA compliance
• Work closely with Project Management teams
• Conduct progress meetings and site reporting

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience
• Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics project experience
• Strong scheduling and coordination abilities
• OSHA certification preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
