Manage tilt-wall construction activities, sequencing, and coordination. Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Coordinate with Project Managers, design teams, and ownership groups. Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures. Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates. Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain project momentum. Proven experience delivering ground-up light industrial projects. Strong tilt-wall construction experience required. Knowledge of site development, concrete, structural systems, and warehouse/distribution facilities. Strong leadership and communication skills.
